10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your 63slot account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Any pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Termination by 63slot

63slot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, suspected money laundering, failure to provide requested verification documents, or extended account inactivity. 10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱500 per month, deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed permanently. We will attempt to notify you via email before implementing inactivity fees.

11. Amendments to Terms
